Shipping - Once your order is placed, you'll be directed to an order confirmation page containing your order number. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the items you've purchased, your order total and the billing and delivery address. Please double-check everything is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything's wrong. Once our warehouse team have processed your order, you'll receive a second email to let you know your order has been dispatched and to provide you with a tracking number. Dispatch (freight leaving our warehouse) usually happens within 24-48 working hours of your order being received. Packages sent are trackable and require signatures on delivery. You will be able to track your package with the tracking number emailed to you via the Australia Post Tracking website. Standard Eparcel shipping can take from 3-7 working days to arrive depending where you are. Express Post will be next day delivery to all major centres. Remote areas will take longer.
International Shipping - We do ship internationally to many countries around the world with our new international shipping service. At this time we are shipping to New Zealand, USA, UK, and Japan. Times vary greatly depending on which country we are sending. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your parcels to arrive. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Your products value will be declared on your customs invoice and we are unable to change values on this invoice. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duty that may be applicable.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the shipping address is correct at time of ordering. The purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect address orders being returned to Arrow Sports Wear.

Returns - We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and items need to be returned. Although we are unable to offer a refund we can offer an exchange. We can only exchange if the item is returned to us in it's original packaging, unused and not washed. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange to be valid. If your product is faulty in anyway we will consider a refund or exchange within the 14 day exchange/refund time limit. A proof of purchase must accompany any request for an exchange.
For exchange postage costs to return and have the exchanged item remailed will need to be borne by the customer. You are unable to return a package to sender as a cost of $14 will be applied by Australia Post for this service.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any sale items or items marked as seconds. These are final sale items without exception.

Please understand we are a small company and cannot fund the postage for return and remailing of exchanged items.
